My first bike century
Today I completed my first bike century, the Primavera of Fremont. Altogether, it was a 103 mile ride that was nothing short of brutal for a first time century. But, it couldn't be more convenient. It started from right across from my home in Union City at James Logan High School. I started the ride at 6:55 AM and completed the ride at 5:35, That makes it a total of 10 hours 35 mins. I was on the bike for almost 9 hours and rest of the time was pretty much eating, peeing and stretching.
You can see the route in the following map. I am very tired now and want to hit the bed. So, I will stop now. More on this ride later.
